I am a compassionate Life Coach and Energy Guide who blends over 18 years of experience within the NHS with my deep passion for holistic wellbeing. My unique approach bridges science and spirituality — helping women reconnect to calm, confidence, and clarity in both their personal and professional lives.

With a lifelong passion to help children and young people, I now specialise in supporting caregivers — mums, teachers, nurses and empaths. I believe that when the givers of the world come back into alignment, those around them benefit too. Through a combination of Life Coaching, Angelic Reiki, Quantum Healing and Mindful Meditation, I guide clients from misalignment to empowerment, creating a ripple effect of balance and light.
